Migration, Back to Ubuntu/Docker/RKE

k3os is out, Ubuntu is in

• Dallas server is going offline in August
• k3os is fine, but no ZFS (at least not that I could find)
• wiped and reinstalled Ubuntu
• Ubuntu lives on one SSD
• important data lives in a ZFS RAID1 mirror
• each service has it’s own ZFS filesystem for granular snapshots

Most services migrated from Dallas to Taipei

• Synapse
• Riot
• WordPress
• Wekan
• Searx
• Freshrss
• Invidious
• TheLounge

Can’t/Won’t move:

• Mailu
• Pi-hole

To-do:

• Funkwhale
• Jellyfin
• Probably some other stuff
• etcd backups to S3
